Common questions patients ask
before making a decision
Can I book accommodation without a treatment?
Yes. All German Select accommodations can be booked as a standalone recovery stay — no treatment booking required. Your coordinator can link the bookings later if you add a treatment.
What is included in the stay price?
Each listing shows exactly what is included. At minimum, all stays include accommodation for the confirmed nights and access to your German Select coordinator. Combined packages include clinic transfers and aftercare check-ins.
Can I travel with a companion?
Yes. Apartment listings are specifically suited to patients travelling with a companion. Select the companion option at checkout.
How close are the properties to the clinics?
All properties are within 15 minutes of German Select partner clinics. Exact transfer times are listed on each product page. All transfers are coordinated by your personal coordinator.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are listed on each product page. In general, cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are fully refundable.
Can accommodation be added to an existing booking?
Yes. Contact your coordinator directly and they will link both bookings. You can also add accommodation via the website and reference your treatment booking number at checkout.
